Chairman, Senator Dave Wallace. We've seen this bill once before, and this is a great case of the House working with the Senate, and they've made a good bill, a better bill. What it changes specifically is originally written an individual could leave his department or her department, stay out 180 days, and then return back to that same department. That was not the intent of this bill, and I missed that. Representative Dwight Tosh caught that, has made an amendment which says that when an individual retires, of course they have to stay retired 180 days, but they cannot come back to the agency that they left. And frankly, it makes it a much better bill. And, sir,
