So i'll start at as an policy to join us to talk about some of the specifics for you most of these great. So many of these grounds so the grants that are at the beginning for the white county river valley white county so those are from a discretionary grant that we wrote back in about two years ago and so we administer that grant annually and we had carry forward funds which meant that we did not expend all of the funding in the first year and said we work with our federal project officer to allow us to carry the ansmit funds forward into the next year and what they allowed was as to continue funding for those certain projects most of those projects are around peer services for people with substance use disorders in there is also the purchase of a van to serve people in rural areas where there was a position that can take a ban out into the rural areas in provide substance abuse and primary care services follow up mr chair which which grants were those that you just described. Okay could you yeah I guess just the the the terminology this up grantee will provide peer recovery supports or services that seems just a little bright to me so you I think you gave. And quite a bit of detail but in the next five through sixteen it seems to be kind of similar it says support providers to expand rehab day services and it seems. Kind of brought I think I could put just about anything in there could you could you elaborate on I won't make you do each individual one but five through sixteen what that would encompass absolutely so we became before this group back in january and we did some reductions and the group re a group counseling rate. Can what we identified was a group of people that were receiving group councilling that were seriously milly ill adults served by medicaid providers and so what we pledged to do when we followed through without is to make sure that those seriously million dollars are getting a full array of services and so one of the things we did was say we would dim and straight a new program which would also include peers and those are peers for people that have serious middle health concerns like schizophrenia bipolar disorder. In excuse me and we said that banding out so that funding is a little different that funding is from the substance abuse the main thing about this and sampsor subsidies and minimal health services administration is a federal funding source and they also provided as funding through and the american rescue plan act and we used that funding to support those providers in demonstrating so while the description is pretty high level and broad the rfp that went out was pretty detailed and will have their demonstration coming back to us that they have to report to us exactly how they've done this and we will be looking towards that to use that bunning or that information to make sure that the pilot worked and if it worked i'm using medicaid dollars to continue to support and that small population of people it's about fifteen hundred people state wide that we are looking towards that are have were receiving that services with serious minimum health concerns and many of them are in rural areas that there's a challenge in providing them services in those areas we also have work force challenges that's the peer focus thank you could you can I go into detail on the the final four grants that are listed their seventeen eighty nineteen twenty. An alternative answer number twenty again that is a a grant funded program and so this is different discretionary grant from samsa it is called partnership for success and it's around prevention services and that and funny is going out for a contractor to help us develop a strategic plan for prevention services for state. The individual subgrantings are required to use this system to upload some data that is required by the feds on the individuals that are served so that's what that green is for its a hundred percent federally funded. Thank you who is going to speak to number eighteen there was the only one of these twenty that I noticed was fifty percent state funds as curious if you could speak to to why it was the only one I guess that was going to take state funding I can speak to that one as well that one is with the hunger relief alliance and it is specifically for the summer ebt program which we are implementing for this summer and summer ebt is a fifty fifty program so for the admin costs we are required to cover fifty percent with state phones and the other fifty will be federal but but they are specifically going to do is work with some of the individual schools and individual nutrition managers at the schools to help us with outreach so that the children who need to apply for summary will have the information to do so.
