OK, uh, folks, if you could take your seat. All right. Thank you, members. Um, if you will all take your seats. We will go ahead and get started. I want to, um,
Uh, I am in the seat because my chair and vice chair, um, had issues and things, they were out of town. So, um, I will be cheering the meeting today. Um, with that, uh, we'll just move straight to business. I would like to welcome, um some member Alex, if you, nice to see you all and Nick Berks, I believe, is state representative elect, and we're happy to have you here today. Am I missing anybody else? All right. Well,
welcome. Um, all right, with that, we will go ahead and get started, um. The first thing we have on the agenda is, um, the adoption of the final report of the diabetes management program study, um, that is exhibit B in your packet numbers. Um, if you'll look through that, we have gone through, um, what has been requested of us to conduct a diabetes management program study, uh, If you look at that, uh,
Study, I think it's comprehensive and it reflects all the work that we have done, and this report, uh, will be, um, Adopted by the Legislative council, um, including this report as far as recommendations. So are there any questions regarding this report. If not, I would ask for a motion to adopt this report. Motion. Is there a second? Second, all those in favor say aye.
And opposed I have it in this diabetes management program study is adopted. Right, next, um, we will move to item C and I will turn this gavel over to Representative Pilkington. Thank you. Um, if Grant Wallace wants to come forward. I think we all know you, Mr. Wallace, but please introduce
yourself and uh begin when you're ready. And the first item up for your review is the formulary. Um Do you wanna go month by month or just in bulk? Let's just go by bulk. OK. Um, so there are 2 formulators that you're looking at, uh, uh, September, October, and November, medical, and then there should be a November, uh, Sorry, uh, September, October, November, medical, and then.
What is wrong with me this morning? Um, you have pharmacy for September, October, and November, and you have a medical for November. Looking at the pharmacy for September, October, and November. Those are straightforward reviews, nothing really stands out, uh, significant in either of those. So I'd be glad to answer any specific questions that you have on any of the drugs listed. Any questions from the committee?
see none. OK. Uh, again, those are ones that are administered through a, um, pharmacist, the medical, these are drugs that are reviewed and administered in a clinical setting. What we're doing here, there are about 6 of them that are just cleaning up, uh, where we're seeing that we need to just keep them only on the pharmacy side. Uh, there, the other half are new drugs to market that we are either working out coverage for
or adding with some PA criteria, I'd be glad to answer any questions on that. OK. So with that, we'll just need a motion to approve all of those. I see a motion to review and approve items C1A through C1D. I have a second.
I have a second. Thank you. These are, uh, Reviewed and approved, uh. Mr. Walla, please, uh, go on to exhibit C2. OK, we have two contracts for you to review today. The first one is the health advantage. This is the final one-year renewal for that, uh, relationship. Again, they are the ones that, uh, administer our medical benefits, the, uh, third party administrator is what they're referred to. You'll see here, it is a 97 cent
increase, uh, from 2024 through 2025, uh, per contract per member. With that, I'd be glad to answer any questions. Any questions on this amendment from the committee. See none do have a motion to review and approve, uh, Exhibit C2. Second All those in favor say aye, oppose. Motion passes. All right, the
last contract, this is uh with mainstream technologies, this will be a, we're going up to a year, uh, we have already issued the RFP for our technology provider, so it's under review right now, um, and I think the contract should be awarded. By the end of the year and that what we, OK, uh, but this, what you're looking at right now for mainstream just gives us up to one year to do a transition between, uh, the new vendor and mainstream technologies. I'm
hoping we don't take that full year, uh, but I did want to have that option so that we weren't having to constantly come back during a transition time, um, with that is for up to 1.7576 million, um, but with that, I'd be glad to answer any questions. Any questions from the committee on this amendment? see in Nanda a motion to approve. Second.
Yeah All in favor say aye. I pose Motion passes. All right, I think we'll go on to. Uh, Director Wallace, is there anything else? That is it. All right. Thank you. Thank you. I D, other business, is there other, any other business? For this committee Seeing none, we adjourn.
