Congratulations. The House concurrent resolution has passed. Moving down to House resolution 1050 by representative Scott Richardson. I do not see him, so we'll move down to house resolution 1051, Representative Garner, you may go to the end of the table, recognize yourself the record, and then you may begin. And we have an amendment. So the amendments being passed down. Thank you, Madam Chair. Denise Garner, District 20. You may begin. Thank you. So this amendment that you're seeing right now is some information that the Department of Health pulled up and it didn't come out until after the resolution was submitted, so we've just changed the, uh, hospitalization information to the Department of Health's newest information for the resolution. Thank you. Are you closed for your resolution for the resolution for the I mean the amendment. I meant the amendment, sorry. I need a motion to adopt the amendment. I have that all in favor say aye, oppose no. you may present your resolution, ma'am. Thank you, and I'll be quick, um, most of you know that my background is in mental and behavioral health and worked in a variety of, of, um. Centers for 40 years and we spent a lot of time talking about social media and adolescent health, mental health, and in the process of talking about those things, um, the one thing that is the most important, uh, the most impactful for, um, especially young women is body image and so, um, at the, at the same time I was visiting with a young constituent who is 7 years in recovery from an eating disorder and what we found is that eating disorders, um, have kind of, um, Been a popular topic and then they kind of slow down. They're, it's a very difficult, um, issue to deal with and um. So anyway, it's, there aren't as many organizations talking about it as, as should be probably so we, uh, have worked on a resolution to educate the, the public about, uh, eating disorders and there's a national eating disorder Action Week, which is this week, and, um, so we hope to present on Thursday with Arkansas Children's who has the only clinic, uh, for eating disorders and PRI, the psychiatric Research Institute, who also works, um, in In conjunction with um Children's Hospital and a couple of organizations that have been active that are trying to, to reactivate to get a little bit more active, so, um, Anyway, that's my story and I'm sticking to it, but, uh, it's, it's a huge economic cost. You will get more information on Thursday, um, the, the ribbon for eating disorders is lilac, and so you will get a lilac ribbon in your boxes. So if you'll just look for that, but it's an important issue and it's something that we need to be talking more about, especially with body image pro uh uh. Issues for social media. I appreciate this resolution, by the way, very much appreciated for your help. I, I will say that everybody I've talked to about this resolution either has had an eating disorder, has a family member who has had an eating disorder or know someone who has been extremely ill from a, from an eating disorder, so, um, I think you'll be really surprised at the numbers for Arkansas hospitalizations and the, and the economic cost besides the humanitarian cost, um. have eating disorders, so hopefully this is the first step in in trying to educate. Uh, the public about eating disorders. I don't see any questions no one signed up to speak for or against. Would you like to close? I, I'm closed for my bill and thank you for your support. And we do have a motion to pass on the table. All in favor say aye, oppose no, congratulations, the resolution has passed as amended. Thank you. We're gonna move down to house resolution 1052. Please. You're recognized. Thank you, Madam Chair. Joey Carr, District 34, um, House Resolution 1052 is committing Arkansas farmers, ranchers, and foresters for their vital contributions to the security and economic well-being of the state of Arkansas and the nation. She served as a stenographer and a secretary in 1953 for the House of Representatives, 55 for the House and 59, and she loves the talk about her time here at the Capital and with that, I'd appreciate it. I don't see any questions. Is there no one signed up to speak for or against the resolution. Are you closed for your resolution? I have a motion to pass on the table, all in favor say aye, oppose no. Congratulations, the resolution has passed. We're gonna go back up to House resolution 1050 representative Walker will be presenting. Please identify yourself for the record and then you may begin. State representative. Um, Stephen Walker, state representative, District 27. Um, house resolution 1050 is to recognize open avenues on his 50th anniversary for his service and dedication to people with disabilities in Northwest Arkansas. I see no questions, no one signed up to speak for or against. Are you close for the resolution motion to pass a motion all in favor say aye, oppose no, congratulations to the resolution has passed. All in favor say aye, oppose no, congratulations. The House Memorial resolution has passed. Give me 2 seconds, I have to find something. Um Um, upon consulting with the Senate. And as professional courtesy, senators will be extended floor privileges and be allowed on the house floor during legislative sessions or in the in the invitation of a house manner. Member senators are allowed in the back of the chamber but shall refrain from sitting in member seats or roaming throughout the chamber. House members will be afforded the same privilege in the Senate should any issues or concerns arise, um, please see the chief of staff, uh, but they did pass a resol they did pass something allowing us back on their floor was probably my Second term, they passed something that said we could no longer go on their floors and they've not been allowing us to go onto their floor. Well, they want to rescind that and we're gonna do the same rescinding on our end if everybody on the house management is good with that. Are there any questions around it? No? OK, all in favor say aye. Oppose no. All right, then that's what we'll put in the borough book then. Or in the How become custom practice. Thank you, sir.
