This is a purchase evidence storage and key inventory. systems and replace network switches damaged by lightning. It's supported by general special revenue. Next item B2 is a letter from the Commission on Law Enforcement Standards and trainings for 60,000 spinning authority. This is to provide additional training and operational needs of the law enforcement training program. It's supported by special revenue. Next item B3 is for uh the department. Uh, this is for 2000 and it's been in authority is to provide professional development for the criminal detention facilities program. It's supported by the State Central Service Services Fund. All items related to grants to universities from the Office of Skills Development. They're using ARPA funds to support two programs. The first is a line. That's the Arkansas linking industry to grow nurses program, and the second is hired. It's a higher industry readiness through educational development program. First item C1, this is a request from Arkansas Tech University. It's for 327,000 in appropriation. This is to pay additional adju Adjunct faculty. It's for technology, for furniture and supplies to increase capacity for their practical nursing program. It will also pay for testing for students who've completed pharmacology coursework. Next item is on page 4. It's a C2 on page 4, University of Arkansas Community College, Batesville. This is for 5 million in appropriation is to support a precision agricultural program by constructing an educational working farm and renovating in an industrial building. Uh, next item is on page 7. On page 7 is C3. This is Arkansas State University for 2.59 million. This is to upskill lower level professionals, expand nursing apprenticeships, increased nurse educator recruitment retention, expand clinical rotations, increase relevant nursing program capacity, tuition reimbursement, equipment, purchasing, simulation centers, and more. Uh, page 30 is the next request. On page 30 is C4. This is Henderson State University, 761,000. Uh, they also have a for upskilling lower level professionals, increased nurse educator, uh, recruitment and retention, increased program capacity, expand simulation lab and experiences, purchase simulation and skills equipment impact student recruitment retention and provide tuition reimbursements. Next one is on page 33. On page 33 is C5. This is the Northwest Arkansas Community College. It's for 2.1 million appropriation and to establish 3 positions. This is for salaries for practical nursing faculty, uh, upskilling lower level professionals, increased nurse educator, uh, recruitment and retention, uh, it's for also equipment and expansion of labs, including the simulation center. Northwest Arkansas Community College again. This is for 656,000 and it's to establish two positions. Uh, this is for instructors, salaries and benefits, students supplies and expenses and classroom supplies and equipment to address the nursing shortage. uh, next item is on page 41. On page 41 is C7, University of Arkansas Community College at Batesville, uh, 368,000 is for reimbursement of salaries, a simulation room, uh, equipment, educational medical supplies and medication administration supplies. Next item is on page 43. Page 43C8. This is Arkansas State University Mountain Homes, 625,000 requests. This is to address critical workforce shortages and improved labor market participation through targeted skills development and industry-driven care pathways. Next item is on page 45. This is C9 on page 45. This is Southern Arkansas University Tech. It's for 5 million in appropriation. This is to develop or implement employer-driven career pathways, collaborate with Workforce Alliance partners, provide training and education aligned with the needs of the local labor market and use data-driven methods to demonstrate measurable outcomes. The next item is page 50. On page 50, it's C10 University of Arkansas Community College at Rich Mountain, 645,000 is a request. This is to support the licensed practical nurse program and allow further expansion. It's also to purchase equipment to implement simulation centers and hire additional nurse educators. Next item is on page 52. On page 52 is C 11. This is University of Central Arkansas for 476,000 in appropriation. This is for equipment, supplies, scholarships, and professional development and salary match to increase the number of nursing graduates in the state. Next item is on page 55. Page 55 of C12, Arkansas State University in Newport, 250,000. This is for workforce training, marketing research, I'm sorry, marketing outreach, equipment instructor, uh, salaries and supplies required to expand their manufacturing technician pathways and apprenticeship program. Next item is on page 72. On page 72 is C 13. This is the last item. This is for Arkansas State University Three Rivers. It's for 2.8 million in appropriation. It's a $50,000 transfer from the various general discretionary majority votes set aside account within the fund. According to the letter, excuse me, the transfers to fund the quartermaster appropriation authorized in the last session. The quartermaster is responsible for uniform assignments and maintenance, uh, although for the committee, 450,000 was transferred uh for the quartermaster.

Uh, this is an amendment to a grant to assist with transitioning to Arkansas State Hospital patients back to homes and in their communities with strong supports. reviewed. I thank you, Mr. Chair. We're in section I. These are service contracts for legislative review and to have ratification letters in the I-4, uh, page one is a letter from OSP. It states that no contracts have been procured in violation of state procurement law. Uh, so begin with I one. This is on page 2. These are construction contracts. Uh, there's only one. It's, it's for the University of Central Arkansas. It's a new contract for architectural design services for the reconstruction of a dormitory on campus. This is a special procurement and it also has related ratification requests. The ratification can be found on pages 7 through 9 of the section. In their letter, UCA explains the contract was allowed to expire when there were outstanding invoices for work performed after its expiration. UCA request ratification of payment for the outstanding work as well as review of the new original contract with the same vendor to provide for the completion of the project. So 309,000 is needed to be ratified. That's for work that was performed by the vendor stocks men under the expired contract and 283,000 is needed in a new contract to complete

Next is I too. These are out of state contracts. The first one is for ASU Mid-South. It admits an existing contract for custodial services for the ASU Mid-South campus. There is an additional request for ratification for services preemptively rendered outside the review contract term. The agency outlines this on the ratification letter found on pages 11 through 12 of this packet. The agency requests reviewing uh a review of extending the contract and ratification of the payments made outside of the contract period. They state that they allowed the vendor to begin work early because it was janitorial services, which were. to maintain a safe and clean environment on campus. Number 2 is DHS agent Adults and behavioral health. It extends an existing contract for skilled nursing personnel at the Arkansas State Hospital and other agency facilities. Number 3 is DHS Medical Services. It extends an existing contract for the electronic uh visit verification system for personal care services. And number 4 on the next page is Department of Parks, Heritage and Tourism. It extends an existing contract to continue the educational internship program for the division of State Parks.
