And this, if you remember, this is a companion bill to what the bill that Representative Kavanaugh run, dealing with the misuse of the dealer tags. and actually all we've done when it went to the Senate in the second there was two phases of the two parts of the bill and actually they just completely marked out the second section which had to do with handling fees when I presented it I said that they told me there would not be an increase but they marked through the line they could have the commission could have asked for an increase and ALC approved it but that part was deleted So that's all I'm doing today. The amendment is just deleting Section 2 of the bill, and I'd appreciate a good vote and be glad to answer any questions. Are there any questions? Seeing none, would you like to have a motion?
