Thank you I'll wait just a little bit. Cozart. Here's Senator Rice. Okay members we're gonna just go through this really quickly we reviewed this pretty thoroughly at the last meeting and so we're just keeping to the timeline in the schedule of meetings that we had adopted at the beginning of the subcommittee and our review process. M. so my comments represented Womack is not able to be here and due to a quarantine and exposure I think he's okay but I think as a family member. And so thoughts and prayers with for him and his family and everybody all of all of the folks that are stacked side struggling right now and just I don't see discussion of the reports again we went through this pretty thoroughly at the last meeting and there is roughly dissolution that we has approved multiple times areas and so I don't think we have any changes or any additional comments but I'll open the floor at this time before we do it the official course of business which was to adopt this reports to go to the full Legislative Council on Friday are there any questions or comments from members of the committee. It. Yes that's part of the report. Yes please. Represented Cozart you're recognized. Thank. Of I know we have some legislation that we have of set up to present a photograph so I guess to be voted on for the to the General Assembly is correct correct are are we I guess so we definitely sure we want we want to run all these is that is that's my question for this committee is that is this legislation we want to present are we good with that and I think that's your question you're asking date right that's correct and I'm asking for you know if you look at the recommendations by the subcommittee on the second page of the report. and then the conclusion of that you'll see you know the different recommendations that we have there Well okay I'll item eighty is really not legislative but it's just that was something that had already been done and so will report that you know it was our recommendation. The only the only thing that I have those requirements for that training instruction okay the only thing I have managers at the the very first one of those bills for the fire. Section that's the only one I would say that do not like I don't think it's necessary okay that's the only one the rest of my good with thank. All righty and I cannot remember who it was but pursuit without one. We did have a lot of discussion you know on this piece of legislation and we did approve the member working with everybody to get this draft before as. It was originally represent of Womack. I think that. That went through that so again you know we can I guess we could take action. Today if that's something that we want to remove. No. You are your vice chair. This is that. The report has to be due to Legislative Council on Friday said this is that this is our last. That's what we're gonna death so I mean I think you know again these have to pass committee they can be withdrawn that I can discuss that when we get the report. So. Are there any other comments. If your pastor button let me recognize you. Represented Dotson you're recognized measure just to question if there's concerns about this final report and stuff to be approved on Friday in a LC can we just. But the council approval on Friday and have any further discussions on Friday. Check in the timeline hold on. Okay according to the subcommittee rules on recommendations during our December meeting of each even numbered year the subcommittee shall submit to the Legislative Council its recommendations regarding the a repeal of an occupational authorization be a conversion of an occupational authorization to less restrictive occupational authorization. See promulgation of revise rules reflecting the use of less restrictive occupational authorization the modification of qualifications for occupational authorization. There's a whole list so basically upon adoption of any of the recommendations of the subcommittee by the Legislative Council The recommendations shall be submitted to the Speaker of the house and the President Pro tem of the Senate so again these are just recommendations we still have to pass legislation or and then legislation they're still that process so again these are just recommendations and so. Correct yes correct and I think you know when I present this report on Friday I'll explain that to the members and so with it being my co chairs Efforts I have a feeling comfortable removing that from the report. So. If there's any other. Go ahead you're recognized in the I think I'll just make a motion to. The report and then. All the recommendations have to be considered legislation anyway so we'll we'll debate I'm during the session correct all right and is there a second okay sounds great all those in favor say aye and opposed ayes have it and the final report is adopted members I appreciate the work actually that was done on the phone and how many people are here today but we really did some good work and we established you know very good systematic and methodical approach to reviewing this these licenses so I'm excited to continue to work on this issue and with a lot of you that are did a lot of work on this represented because are you in Senator Cooper you know that a lot of work on this and so I really want to thank you an apology for those efforts I know that we got grants from in CSL and from others to be able to do what we did so still work to be done but we are we have charted a course and we're on a path and we could not have done it without this wonderful outstanding young women in my left this area you have been tremendous and the entire staff of the alarm thank you guys so so much for your work for helping us.
