Resolution first. OK. OK, let me explain just a little bit about this. Back in 2009, State Representative J.R. Rogers actually got legislation passed, and it was the Arkansas Rock and Roll Highway 67, which Elvis Presley, Carl Perkins, all these big-timers went that way. And it has just done better and better as time goes on. And what we want to do with that resolution is just honor J.R. Rogers, former state representative, for the work that he's done in the Rock and Roll Highway.

chairman. The second bill pertains to music, and this one goes back to 2019. A couple of years ago, I got a bill passed, y'all, that we really were not ever recognizing any of our great musicians in Arkansas. And the bill that I passed back then, it actually put Johnny Cash, Al Green, um bb king glenn campbell all those different superstars of music we honored them inside the legislation and basically what's going on here this piece actually just adds three people to it and one of them was uh buddy jewel up in osceola that made it big and uh in nashville and if you go way back to levon a lot of people may not know this guy you know right off the right off the bat But Levon Helm actually was a part of, in fact, he was an originator of the band that played with Bob Dylan back in the 60s and 70s. He's dead now, but he was very instrumental in a lot of music. And then we have Jim Dandy. I don't know if any of you are old enough maybe to remember that. There was a group called Black Oak, Arkansas. They hit it big between 72 and 76. And in fact, they were the number one band in the whole world for that period of time. And I just want to add these three names in. And as time goes on, if y'all can think of some one, we'll add it too. Okay. Thank you, Mr. Chairman.
