He was chair of the committee this bill got amended I think there's I think there's three changes they are amended on the Senate side they wanted to reference what public Housing Authority was so that we clarified in the bill that meant what public house Housing Authority was defined in code already Senator Elliott asked that we had some clarity that this wouldn't harm interfere with with housing if people who have have no child support plan at all and in third Senator Elliott wanted to be explicit that parents receiving payments are her or hurt in priority due to actions of noncustodial parents of paying so those of the three changes they got bipartisan support both in committee and on the floor after these amendments were made.
