Members thanks for being here like to call the occupational licensing review subcommittee to order. We appreciate your time today Cochair Cavenaugh do you have any comments okay next item is consideration to prove the rules of this occupational licensing review subcommittee. Members you should have a copy of the rules before you today they're just one change anybody has any questions. Seeing none if we could get a motion to approve these rules. I have a motion. And second all those in favor say aye. Opposed no. Motion carries. next item. Consideration to approve proposed occupational authorization entities referred for review that's exhibit D. if you've had a chance to look over that if please let me know if you have any questions. Representative lady recognized for a question thank you Mr I just I mean are these new or other changes to this can somebody. This new right to and I believe in the last term we they were all the only able to get to group one if that's correct so this is a new group that have not been reviewed to this process yet thank you. Any other questions from the members. Seeing none can I get a motion to approve this list for consideration I have a motion and a second all those in favor say aye. Opposed no. Motion carries. Last item discussion of group to occupational entities review timeline if you look at the exhibit E. this gives us a time line to be working through this during the interim with finally diversion being next December of twenty twenty two and this also gives the time for the the entities that are being put under the review to have a chance to make sure they have their information prepared ready to go for those particular months so I'd be happy to answer or get staff to answer any questions if anybody has any about this timeline. Can I get a motion to establish this tentative timeline so that we can get this information out to the the different groups. I have a motion and a second. Any discussion all those in favor say aye. Motion carries so this will be our plan going forward to follow this process will begin as you can see you there will be no meeting scheduled in August so that we have these groups that now that will be on group to give them option everything prepared and ready to go for our September meeting do we have any other questions from the membership so does the short meeting simply pretty much an organizational meeting so look forward to working with you during this group this year and in twenty twenty two don't hesitate to reach out to myself representative Cavenaugh if you have any questions we can answer we can get staff that can help
