ALC-Policy Making

Chair sees a quorum we'll get this meeting started since we had the other meeting take up quick because for us to be able to do policy making welcome to the committee senator Chesterfield do you have any remarks no I do not accept welcome. So the task of for this committee today is recommends that you'll see a committee fund allocations for the twenty twenty three fiscal year which begins in July one twenty twenty two if you look at exhibit be one that's proposed beginning balances for the committee and the task force is they're identical to the beginnings of from the year of twenty twenty two exhibit beads shows you that the actual expenditures of the committee in the task force through May thirty first twenty twenty two so that's what we spent so far at this table includes a new column showing special expenses for the committee when we have committees that we have to have room reservations or we have to do buses into ours and things like that that's an extra expense and so I have we've asked for a new line item to be set over there to the side because that doesn't come from our committee expenses special expenses which I've already explained so special expenses are reported to the subcommittee under ALC rules for our information I will need a motion from a committee member for the fund allocations for fiscal year twenty twenty three I see a motion second so moved all in favor say aye.
