All right well as we said that this is the act for the house appropriations is different than the one that we passed earlier which was just our session appropriations and with that I will let the Mr Johnson give us the highlights of this. Highlights of the of the house Appropriations operations appropriation it it maintains continuing levels of funding over All appropriation section just background on that for over the pre previous for fiscal years the Speaker shepherds administration the house appropriation level has been steadily reduced by 15 percent fiscal year 2020 by 10 percent and 2021 by 10 percent 2022 about 5 percent for the current 2023 fiscal year since a Speaker Shepherd became Speaker of the house appropriation level has been reduced by 34.6 percent from 7.1. $0 to 4.$7000000 and so that that but the level this time will continue the same as it is during the current fiscal year. It adjusts grades 45 positions it adds no new positions and it changes titles for 3 positions. So there any questions along those lines I'll be happy to answer those. You're recognized. The video equipment of the these meetings yeah that's paid through this budget yes okay what well it's it's paid through our M. and and a lot of them and funds we utilize the year in and year out are in the session appropriation okay and is that by a third party or is it is is that paid to a third party is that pay well part of it is we we pay a company called. Sliq S. L. I. Q. and and that the company provides streaming services so we we are on the equipment operate the equipment but they provide a service they tie into the quick money okay in pride provide the streaming services which includes closed captioning and archiving so all the all the meetings of the legislature since 2010 are archived and available to the public in what line item with that be undone it was rolled up under 1 you know well it again the M. and I'll of. That would be under the the speaker's office on page 2. Line item 31. And that would be a potential source of. Resources to pay for that component of that operation but as I mentioned the the inmate no component of our session appropriation bill yeah we'll use that first and then if if we need to replenish that are we can transfer funds from from this appropriation or from within the other appropriation to meet those needs but that's never been necessary. We are honored House my honor. How many of you know we're Morrow is. Nobody itself available if you blink you'll miss it but there is the neatest House in Morrow it's a farmhouse that was built in 1828 and recently a family bought it and they have restored it they did a lot of the work themselves it's an older couple and that they brought it back to how it used to be and that they had it all decorated at Christmas and let people come in for free and see it and they recently have that they were placed on the national register of historic places and also the Arkansas registry and this Friday night they're going to be recognized by preserve Arkansas with the volunteer award so I wanted to also recognize them before the house of representatives.
