Would you just give us a brief overview of what the bill is I'm sorry house bill fourteen seventy nine the act and subtitle to prohibit the purchase of or act acquisition of title or agricultural land by government entity of the people's Republic of China or certain entities connected with the people's Republic of China thank you. The changes are that the vet tech specialists shall not receive compensation and then the second one is no prescriptive authority. And with those changes I'll ask for a good vote from the committee. It will be overseen by a black hills energy the you know the pipeline and all the work and and just trying to get their gas line in on their own on their property so. A solid us.
