Members this amendment concerns Senate bill three fifty eight which is the delta a bill that we had on the house floor earlier today. Working on the bill that there were certain technical issues with it particularly if you look on page three line nine. Where the bill referenced five sixty four two thirteen that was an incorrect reference the reference to the to the right or appropriate statute would have been five sixty four to fifteen not to thirteen. So we make that change would change to thirteen to two fifteen. Next on page twenty four line twenty one delete the number four and substitute the number six. Then on page also on page twenty four line twenty four we delete or younger. And this had to do with the effective age apparently the way the bill was written and glad they caught this there was been a gap where no one over twenty one and no one under twenty one could have bought the substance but they would have left it where if you work twenty one you would or could have access to it so deleting or younger on page twenty four line twenty four and a leading over on page twenty four line twenty five fixes that problem.
