Recognized that your bill please identify yourself for the record thank chairman five aboard Hester state senator district thirty three members we I didn't bring the bill in front of me but You know a lot of times we're doing things that may not be a problem this this is a legitimate concern that we're having in Northwest Arkansas routinely and it's where communities and jurisdictions are on top of each other as we continue to grow and And so when a developer goes and buys a piece of property that like half maybe in spring bill in half maybe in fate bill or happen spring bill have case Springs it's a it's a very difficult time because neither city wants to give up their jurisdiction. And so they don't want to when they don't want to had their land taken or into the other city. So we fight through this. Continuously so I thought I was going to file a bill that said that sorry I'm a little bit out of what is a when you take land from another city and acts X. occurred so this in you if you had to three different cities or jurisdictions you could just automatically an accent working as police that that was untenable for them for obvious for purposes cities don't want to do that but they came back with me some language and said you can't force an exception but you can pick who is going to manage your of planning right and inspection so it's it's easy for developer and it it seems like an appropriate example I can give you we fix this up three four years ago in fable and Johnson Arkansas sonic half of it was in fatal happens in Johnson if you went to the drive through you pay table tax if you if you went with and stop install you pay Johnson tax we fix that based on buildings but we never did the entire property so this is a current problem between cave springs at a central development between cave springs in Springdale they're summoned Tontitown in Springdale fable Johnson but will continue to be a problem in Northwest Arkansas this just gives a. a potential hopefully a fix or at least some way to help the help of some of those developments we're happy to answer any questions.
