pray God Almighty maker of heaven and earth father God of our Lord
Jesus Christ we bow our knees and our hearts before you today and every prayer we acknowledge that we are not God you are God and we say today that we need you our country needs you our state needs you, and each one of us needs you. Father, I thank you for these men and women who are serving our state and serving you, as Paul says. And Lord, I ask today that you would give them, I know they're tired, I know that
they need your strength and stamina, so I ask, Father, that you would give them your strength. I ask that you would give them the wisdom from above, that they may lead in a right way. I ask that you would give them your judgment and discernment so that they would be able to see the unintended long-term consequences of the actions and decisions that they make and systemic changes that might take place. Father, I pray that you would help them to rise above the partisan prejudices that they might have
and work together as a team so that they might do what is right and just and beautiful for your name and glory. lord we know that we will stand before you one day and be held accountable for all that we do we thank you that jesus christ died on the cross for us to forgive us our sins we thank you that he interceded for us so that he might intercept the wrath of god against our sins and that we might be declared just before you holy spirit i ask that you would open the eyes of the heart
of each man and woman here to be able to understand and rely upon the passionate love that you have for each of them, that they would know that you will forgive their sins when they come before you in humbleness and repentance. And we thank you that Jesus Christ is the name above all names that we come to for salvation. Now to him who is able to keep you from stumbling and make you stand before his presence, glory with blameless, with great joy, to him be the honor
and the glory and the power and the strength and the majesty before all time and

1297, as Act 1237 sincerely might be. To the Speaker of the House, dear Mr. Speaker, this is to inform you that on April 6, 2011, I approved House Bill 1188. However, I have exercised my authority under Article 6, Section 17 of the Arkansas Constitution to line item veto, page 5, line 31, through page 6, line 2 of the bill. I believe that the fund transfer proposed in that portion of the bill to be inconsistent with budget priorities and will result in an unnecessary budgetary hardship to the ACIC.
House Bill 1188 is Act 1234. Sincerely, Mike Beebe. To the Speaker of the House, dear Mr. Speaker, this is to inform you that on April 6, 2011, in pursuant to Article 6, Section 15 of the Arkansas Constitution, the following measure from the regular session of the 88th General Assembly became law without my signature. House Bill 1780 is Act 1210. Sincerely, Mike Beebe. To the Speaker of the House, dear Mr. Speaker, this is informing you on April 7, 2011, I approve the following measure from the regular session of the 88th General Assembly.
