And just to briefly summarize, following the last House and Senate Ag Committee meeting, there was discussion with members of the plant board of the comments received from the legislators, then had the public hearing on the dicamba rule last Wednesday, and they followed the legislature's guidance on removing the restrictive courses of the dicamba rule so we have we believe we've we've got the rule exactly where where y'all had preferred that it be and remove the extra reporting requirements for the for the gps spray swath as well as the online reporting requirements all right members you've heard

These are two reports from ADFA in regards to in from in Arkansas Investment Trust as well related to the performance of those funds for the year we provided the report is actually a very good year for the Arkansas Institutional Fund in that many of the funds that were invested in had their portfolio companies mature and had some exits that allowed for positive cash flow return to the the fund which was then used to pay down primarily used to pay down the the line of credit that was supporting the the fund and the initial funding of those investments i'm happy to answer any questions if anyone
