Okay, members, I'll call this meeting of the Administrative Rules Subcommittee to order. Thank you for being here today. As you recall, there were meetings last year pursuant to Act 781 of 2017, which required agencies to list their rules, identifying those rules they wanted to repeal and those they wanted to keep. The rules that agencies wishes to keep were referred for group consideration. Today, we're here to consider renewing rules of the Group 1 agencies scheduled for consideration. you have the rules reports in front of you and our intention as chairs is to batch the group one agency rule reports except for any rules that are pulled out for the separate consideration those pulled out for separate consideration will be discussed at tomorrow's meeting so at this time I want to ask are there any items that members wish to be pulled out for separate consideration from the batch vote that's good
