The Corrections Criminal Laws Permanent Subcommittee, Chairperson Rebecca Petty, Vice Chairman Nicole Clowney, Speaker Shepard, Representative House, Representative Tosh, Representative Smith, and Representative barrier on the committee. Let's go to agenda item E2, agenda item 2019-011 by Representative Richardson. Representative Richardson has contacted me and he is withdrawing this interim study request, so we will not take that one up. Agenda Item E3 2019-119 by Representative Boyd to establish a process by which records of certain criminal offenses are automatically removed after a certain period of time and concerning the records of a person's criminal history.
