And the first item on the agenda is the adoption of subcommunity rules the rules are before you in your packet and mister rebecca can give you a quick run through of the changes that are being proposed. The changes really are to perform with statue on page one in section one a one the changes are made to mirror the language in section ten three three oh nine of the code going down the page in section one a two. Rule two take the place of our emergency rule they were operating on at the current time emergency rule was has an effective date of january one with an expiration date of april thirtieth and so this a regular rule takes that place it is specific to a couple of weeks ago members may know that we release the new state broadband map and coordination with that new maps release ever challenge process is currently ongoing to correct that map is the first time and excuse me little bit under the weather first time in the state's history that the state problem in the map that we're going to work from to go and award broadband infrastructure grants later this year can be challenged for inaccuracies in events of that grand award process and so and that this rule that we're currently operating on an emergency basis in the regular rule moving forward is allowing us to operate this challenge process to the statement thank you.
