Calling special language to order any comments but my but sure members we are going to suspend the rules without objection to take up SB two so here no objection we're gonna take up sp two so there dismaying your recognized thing mischairman members is your way we were unable to reach an agreement on what the game is sufficient preparation should be when we left the budget session but a discussion back and forth you know after we left in and still really had an agreement I think that this has become what what is the compromise and I think we'll you know garners and the votes in both chambers to find some success for game and fish and so it's going to do two things it's going to raise the maximum salary for the game and for a fish director two hundred and seventy thousand four hundred and thirty seven dollars in the end also it does one second thing and this is on the the reason for your special language so pays eight in your bills where the special language is and if there is an increase above the amount that was paid on june seventeenth two thousand twenty four to the game and fish commissioner that exceeded five percent. Then that would have require prior approval by legislative council or joint budget whoever was you know meeting at the time currently the government earning the sorry these. All right representative baby recognized thank you mister chairman since you went down this payout but I just want to echo the comments of the chairman if I have attitude to do search and save it list this is a good compromise on on the appropriation bill I think it takes into consideration the concerns that were raised by members of the house I think it still takes in the concerns of the commission in the agency and I think the commissioners for being here today and I think an open dialog which is what I have tried to stress for the last two years between the age it sees in in members of the legislator we're all in this together is a partnership and we have to have those open dialogues and communication so I think the more that we have the easier this process but comes for all levels and I think you for for being willing to to be part of that conversation thank you thank you majority leader by the rivers and war law.
