Once again, this is appropriation only. There's no funding. The funding will come in the General Improvement Funding Bill.

Once again, this is a Senate bill sponsored by Senators Hester and Senators William. It's appropriation only. There's no funding in the bill. The funding will be determined in the General Improvement Funding Bill, and I'd be happy to answer any questions.
So all of these bills do not have funding at this point in time, and the Senate traditionally sets their priorities for funding. We traditionally set ours. And so today all we're asking is to go ahead and appropriate this money for Senator English. And with that, I'd

The General Improvement Bills are funded in one bill that we will vote on later in the session. There's normally a legislative portion.
