So you first begin with your permit at 14, where you have to have a parent in the car. Then by 16, you can drive by yourself but with only one passenger. And then by 18, you can have more than one passenger in your vehicle. If you were to pass this bill, it would get rid of that process that we had already implemented, and therefore, it would make responsibility given to a younger-aged driver, which I think is a bad idea.
